Summary: Desk clerk was too absorbed in her phone to notice a guest was waiting to check in. Clock radio in room was disfunctional. Toilet flapper didn’t seal, so it ran all night. There was no coffee (or anything else) available in the lobby as advertised. The morning desk clerk said she was too sick to put out coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was fine. Pretty clean and comfortable. What does one expect for $60?

Summary: My "go-to" hotel is usually Super8. But I was highly disappointed in this property. My first clue that this would not be good was the overwhelming "skunk" smell as soon as I approached the entrance. My brain was telling me to run, but at that point, I was locked in . The desk clerk was nice enough and was able to get me checked in quickly. Our room was on the second floor, but there was not an elevator. I have a bad knee and climbing stairs is difficult. The hand rail was so loose, I was afraid it would break. Our room was extremely hot as they had the a/c off, and it smelled horrible. It took hours for the room to cool down making it difficult to sleep. There was no smoke alarm, the security lock on the door was broken, and the toilet didn't flush right. But it was already 3am when we arrived and I was too tired to ask for a different room. Moral of the story: if your gut is telling you to run, then RUN!

Summary: It need repair,it was pile of wood on the side of thr room did not see it until we took our bags out ,the lock on the bathroom was loose, etc.

Summary: The property has a good /fair price but it is old and run down 1 person working the desk the cleaning the billing is all done by 1 employee. Need to have more staff and clean rooms better.

Summary: The service was very bad. The day manager i don't know his name was very rude. His attitude was very nasty. Alot of the things in the rooms was not working like the refrigerator, tv, toilet etc. The 1st night we got there we had to change rooms 3 times before we got a room that had everything working. When housekeeping comes in your room to clean up they turn the air off that you leave on too keep room cool. Asked the guy for some towels and with a attitude he said i have to wait on housekeeping when im trying to get ready for my mother's funeral and he won't go get any. I had to walk around and find housekeeping. I had several family members to stay at this hotel this pass weekend for the funeral and everyone had a bad experience with the guy. I have stayed there a few times and never experienced this before. I referred my family members to this hotel to get treated like we did. His attitude is so unacceptable. That was 3 nights of hell. I have stayed a plenty of hotels and this is my 1st time i ever had to write a bad report. I think i deserve a gift card or something. But i want be coming back there.
