Summary: Mostly good, no elevator for elderly patrons and the breakfast was only a muffin. I thought it was supposed to be a continental breakfast.

Summary: Heat / ac unit was either on or off, controls didn’t work well. Could see outside there were big gaps around the unit, put a rolled up towel to close up. Was frozen in the morning.

Summary: We got a room with 3 queen beds for my husband, myself and our two kids. There was not much room to move around or for luggage

Summary: I thought the room heating was unacceptable. It was very, very loud and we had to turn it off at night. It was also very hard to adjust and sometimes it would come on and blow cold air even though it was cold in the room.
