Summary: We went to a concert we checked in bed was never made, we get back can't get in the hotel they parked a 100 cars there they was leaving so we couldn't get in for like an hour

Summary: Property is very rundown. The rug had rips in it, one of the bureau’s handle was broken, and one of the plugs weren’t working. They did accommodate us and switch us to a little bit better room, but still not great. Bug trap in the room also.

Summary: When we arrived at the hotel, it smelled like marijuana. This smell was throughout the hotel. When we finally arrived at our room, we completed a thorough inspection of the room and found a dead bed bug. The hotel moved our room but our comfortability was already compromised. The room we were put in was bigger and they didn't "charge" us extra. The stench in the room was not pleasing and in the parking lot, there were at least two drug needles.
