Summary: When I first walked in, there was no greeting at all. Two staff members started speaking in their own language, which I couldn’t understand, and they didn’t communicate with me directly. They asked for my name three different times even though I had already completed my check-in online, just as they requested. Despite that, they asked me to redo all the paperwork. I told the staff member that everything was already done online, but about 10 minutes later, he still asked me to sign paperwork again. When I mentioned it again, he just gave me a big, fake smile. The staff seemed completely lost and unorganized. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional.
