Summary: The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the light and fan didn't work. The microwave had no outlet to plug in nearby, so I had to move it to use. The coffee was horrible in the morning (very weak), and there was really nothing out for breakfast except a couple pieces of bread. On the positive side, the evening staff were very helpful in resolving some TV problems, and I thank them for that.

Summary: There was no area for pets. The room smelled awful for a "non smoking" room. The tv didn't work. The walls were super thin. I heard everything on both sides of my room all night long. And there was no end to the slamming of doors in the outer corridor.

Summary: The staff and service was Outstanding! The room was spacious. The room was visually clean, but when you get a closer look you see that dirt build up and there was a lack detailed attention to most surfaces. The room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. The room also included a blow dryer and a small lighted vanity mirror, unfortunately those items couldn't be used because there was no power to the outlet on the wall. Most outlets were so old that they wouldn't hold what I tried to plug in. I used tape to keep my cell phone charger from falling out of the outlets.
