Summary: Staff was very friendly and concerned for the guests needs. Property itself was lacking. Stairs needed to reach 2 of the 3 floors and no elevator. Property says Non-Smoking hotel yet the hallways smelt of smoke (and other odors) and there were several cigarette burns in the bedding. Didn't notice the smoke in the room very much. Several of the towels had visible stains - washed yet but the stain was still there. Door to the room stuck - had to force the door open with my shoulder even though unlocked.

Summary: Never had breakfast no matter what time we went. Only choice was stale biscuits and gravy was always empty. Front desk was always outside smoking. Hallway smelled like weed most days. The people above us were soooo loud yet we had to move rooms because we were loud? When we checked in the comforter had blood n it. They never came to change it so we just used a sheet. The second bed we didn’t use had dirty sheets.
