Summary: Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattresses were feeling like they are old and very much used and were not comfortable for our back. We couldn't sleep. Otherwise, rest everything was good. (The sheets and pillow covers were clean). The towels were clean and white. Room, restroom and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good too.

Summary: Easy check-in, only time we saw staff. The room was clean, very small, but all we needed for the night. Bummed the jets in the hot tub were not working.

Summary: I told the manager I was disabled and need a bar in the bathroom so she put me in the second floor where there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy bags up a bunch of steps and she put me in 202 the absolute furthest room from anything. I spoke to the other lady ( who was delightful by the the way m, but unable to help). Not the way to treat a handicapped person at all. Then they never cleaned my room so I did. No service at all very disappointed and looked like such a nice hotel except the manager and cleaning staff it would have been a really nice stay.

Summary: The room we stayed in had an odor of moisture, we had to crank the AC to get it out. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was broken and pool was very cold.
