Summary: I paid for the business suite since I was there on business. We checked in, got the room key, walked in to a regular king room NOT the business suite. I went back up to the desk and asked about the room and was told that the business suites were not available. Did I mention I had already paid for the business suite? The gentleman was very apologetic and said he would reach out to the manager and was told to deal with hotels.com. I reached out them and they tried to contact the hotel manager and he refused to give me back the difference between the 2 rooms. So I ended up paying for a business suite and only got a king room. It was like a $40 difference. The phone in the room did not even work when the front desk tried to call us.

Summary: The room wS very. Lean and the young woman who checked me in and out was very kind and thoughtful. I was late to breakfast and she offered me some anyway. My room was very nice. I heard the people above me walking around and showering this morning. Otherwise, I slept well.

Summary: Clean, quiet hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Only gripe was the cheap window covering that didn't block out that much light. Not sure why they just don't have regular blackout curtains like other hotels. I tried hanging a towel over the window, which helped some, but it still let in a lot of light.
