Summary: Check in was 4 pm, we arrived in town early and was able to check in early around 2 pm. I accidentally booked a smoking room and the staff was very accommodating and changed to non smoking. Room was nice and quiet.

Summary: The staff was so helpful and approachable. Tom (manager) went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and above and beyond to help us when we had some reservations issues. I really can not express how amazing their customer service was. Super 8 in Norman will be the only hotel in the Norman area that we will book with from now on.
