Summary: We were put on 3rd floor even though there were few guests…. No elevator. I asked for an extra pillow and was told they don’t have any. Dirty wash rag in the shower, no mirror in the room except bathroom, no hangers, only one hand towel and wash rag, and not even a single decorative picture on the walls. The room did have a fridge and microwave, but we had to walk down the first floor to get ice or coffee, but no coffee cups or creamer out for the coffee machine.

Summary: Check-in time was 3:00. We arrived at 3:25 and the gal at the desk asked if we would take a room with 2 queens rather than the room with a king bed that we had booked. She stated that the rooms with the king beds hadn't been cleaned yet. We argeed only because our toddler was getting restless and we needed to get to a room. The gal at the desk gave us the room key and told us the wifi password was on the sleeve. Didn't give us general directions of where the room was. The a/c unit in our room was dirty. Dried food or liquid was splattered on it. Bed was comfortable but would have been better if there were more pillows (each bed had 2 small pillows). We were not given any info regarding breakfast. We went to the breakfast area at 7:25 the next morning and absolutely nothing was set out. As we were walking away, the man at the desk quickly set our some mini muffins. We went back to our room and packed up our stuff

Summary: It was ok. Bed was super soft, sheets were ok. We had 3 small pillows snd we asked for am extra pillows. And was told they didn’t have a6. There seemed to be no exterior locks on outside doors. No ligjt or connections on one side of night stand.

Summary: You get what you pay for I guess. Funky smell and filthy hallways and stairs. I have to wash my bag - It picked up the smell.

Summary: This motel is poorly kept up. The bathroom was not clean. It appears they are attempting to update, but not doing a very good job. The staff on the other hand, were very friendly. Nick at the front desk, was very helpful!

Summary: Outside doors were all defective. Downstairs corridors smelt like sewage. Room was normal size, chair totally worn out. Surfaces were stained. Sheets were also stained. Price was average.

Summary: Attempted to check in at 12 noon rather than 3PM. Would have been charged an extra $25. (I have never previously encountered this.) Some items in room appeared dirty, such as an easy chair. Room and bed had an odor, which smelled like insecticide. This may be explained by the dead roaches in the room. Rather than being straight/parralel, the mattress was U shaped. The entire bill was prepaid. That is the only reason I decided to stay there.
