Summary: The flooring in the room was not installed correctly, and there were gaps between the planks of the luxury vinyl which made it very noisy and moved around quite a bit as you walked across the room. There were no vertical hand grabs in the shower in our accessible room. Additionally, there were hand grabs that were loose and not anchored properly in the shower. The ceiling in the bathroom had been recently repaired from the looks of things, however, it had not yet been painted. The indoor pool did not appear to be chemically treated, and it was green all the way around the edge at the water line. The complementary breakfast was laughable at best. The staff seemed nice enough. I do think there needs to be some sort of training or an upgrade because we had to have our room keys reprogrammed every single day that we were there.
