Summary: A very quiet hotel even when full which is very nice. Pillows should be updated and fan only operated at full blast.

Summary: Two-night stay for hiking trip. I would never return to this hotel and cannot recommend. On a positive note, the staff was always polite and offered to assist with taking luggage up to third floor since the building has no elevator. The shower head was broken with poor plumbing in our room. We had to shower in a separate room. This was very inconvenient and even the plumbing in the second room was poor and there was an unpleasant odor. The coffee and breakfast items were very poor quality and not fresh. The cleanliness of the breakfast area could be improved. A male staff member came into our room unannounced and without knocking at 7:55 a.m. after our second night! Checkout is not until 11:00 a.m. They apologized, but this was totally inappropriate and completely avoidable.

Summary: the beds were terrible super uncomfortable the tv didn't work and the whole place had a odd smell would not recommend lots of poorly done drywall patches as well just not a good experience

Summary: Not bad for the money. The rooms heater is built into the air conditioner which was a first for me. Apon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was offered an upgrade to a king for only $5 more, naturally I took it. First room was nice but the plunger to the shower was rusted half open so I switched rooms. Second room was good but had its flaws. Carpets seemed very old with cigarette burns. The bed was very nice and comfortable and CLEAN!! The shower, however, seemed to have been thrown together in a haste. No caluk in the joints of the back board and the shower head was unattached to the stall leaving a hole for moisture to fet inside of. The cieling in the bathroom had water damage but wasnt posing any risk of health concerns at the time. Over all I enjoyed my stay

Summary: After I checked in, I went up to my hotel room to find that the door was already opened with rags; holding it opened as if they were doing maintenance. I went back to the front desk to get a new room key. After going into my room, the heating unit did not work. After calling down to the desk and 45 minutes later, I got it to work. On top of this, the shower barely let any water out to shower. This was a very disappointing experience and needless to say, I won't be staying here again.
