Summary: There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the hallways. The room was very clean however the bathroom needs to be updated. Plumbing fixtures were very old and the tub had rust stains. Not a bad stay for the price.

Summary: pool & hot tub just ok not great; the room smelled like rotten food and musty. I went to enjoy pool area & came back to stinky room . too tired to pack up & ask for another room . I thought when the ac ran for awhile it would go away. Unfortunately the odor didn’t go away. The food was good

Summary: We had to be moved to a different room because our original room had an issue that I suspect was bedbugs. My family was separated into two rooms. My wife's room was double booked on our second night, and someone tried to enter our room before we checked out. Musty odor to the room and the whole place was generally unpleasant.

Summary: The stay was fine. My only issue was that housekeeping opened my door at 8:00am and started coming into the room. I was not ready for someone to be coming in, and was shocked that someone thought that it was okay to do so. It made me very uncomfortable to think that someone would be bold enough to do that. I don’t think that anyone should even think about entering a room unless the guest has checked out completely. I am not happy with that happening at all !

Summary: You could tell our room was an old smoking room by the smell and holes in furniture. Ants were in our room. Walked by cleaning lady and made eye contact, she didn’t acknowledge me and was singing. Front desk lady was nice when checking in but checking out the new lady was rude.
