Negative: Front desk staff. He like didn't trust me. Kept telling my my card was declining . But it wasn't. He wasn't even trying. My bank's automatically tells me when it's declined my banks never did. . He told me he needed my ID and card and had to swipe it it was suspicious... felt like he was stealing my card information.... I had already done the e check in so I don't understand why he had to do all that. Bathroom was fully of black mold

Positive: Room was clean and smelled very good, unlike the Super 8 in Aurora/Naperville both rooms reeked!!

Negative: Clerk never set up dining area, chairs were left on tables and guests needed to remove and place all chairs if you sat at a table…..he looked like he was asleep and had attitude on a request about pancakes…..otherwise other personnel were gracious, helpful and polite!!

Summary: Still worth the money, and a relief for Wyndham properties after the previous night!
