Summary: Room was clean, bedding was clean, there were no signs of pests which is extremely important for us, the staff was polite, and helpful. The only complaint we have is we were put in a room next to the rear entry which when other guests were arriving and leaving the entry door was slamming all hours of the evening/ night. Next time we stay at the hotel in St. Claire, MO we will ask for a room away from the rear entry door. Simple fix. It was a nice room for the price. All bath towels and wash cloths were clean and available..bed smelled clean. The complimentary coffee was descent. Everything was there as was needed to be comfortable in a hotel.

Summary: Room was musty smelling In need of some updating. Pet fee listed on site was 10.00 per day They keep sending me stuff to click on that says 20.00 per day One bed had a black hand print when covers were pulled back

Summary: Bathroom was awful heart was turned all the way up mind you it was well over 90° out. There was something brown and yellow all over the bathroom wall

Summary: Booked double beds. Got there at 2 am to find out there is no double beds. There was 4 of us and our service dog. Given a roll away bed wjth dirty sheets. Was never told about check out time or breakfast time. Room was very dirty and smelled.

Summary: The property needs TLC. Torn curtains, not sure the shampoo was a new bottle, ice machine was broken. The room was clean but carpets were stained.
