Summary: We had a nice stay that became even better when they helped us change rooms. Our air conditioner wasn't working in our room. We asked for maintenance to come in but because it would take a while before someone could come in. They moved us to a new with working ac, which made the rest of our stay very nice.

Summary: It would be nice to have a small bench or stand to put luggage on while staying there. Right now, there is really no option other than on the bed. The people and facilities otherwise are fine.

Summary: We enjoyed a comfortable and quiet stay that was more affordable than other choices in Waverly. Buscuits and gravy would be a nice addition to their breakfast choices. A repeat customer.
