Summary: We stayed for 6 days to help settle a family members estate. Every single employee went above and beyond. My sister's a little difficult at times and they had no problems with her. I would highly recommend if you need to stay in West Branch do it here.

Summary: We have stayed here for the past few years for a bowling tournament we come up for, it seems like every year there is hair either in the sink or shower or both, or a hole in the screen of the window or the air not working great.

Summary: We were greeted as we arrived, the lobby was clean, grounds were clean and the hotel was clean. We didn't have any problems. Both check in and check out were simple and fast.

Summary: We needed 2 rooms during an ice storm that kept us from home for 2 nights. The hotel was very busy and the staff remained very professional and friendly during these trying times. The hotel cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping up in very busy times

Summary: The staff here were fantastic! Incredibly friendly and helpful. My only constructive suggestion would be to wash the room curtains regularly. Ours were very dusty/dirty. Other than that, everything was lovely and we would def stay agin.
