Positive: Friendly and polite staff. Best value for money
Negative: Location was away from many pickup point but did not matter at all for privately arranged transport thus worked better during road closures when 10 day national day celebrating occured. . By all means everything exceeded my expectation therefore book it twice during our stay

Positive: The staff was very friendly and supportive. Breakfast buffet was exceptional good with a wide variety of cuisines present. We also used the massage special on offer and we will recommend the SPA staff for their great service.
Negative: Bathrooms are a bit dated and hot/cold shower tap is worn out.
Summary: Great place to stay. Facilities are great and breakfast was excellent.

Positive: The apartment was very large and liked that even though on floor 15 we could open windows. Let us hang all day waiting for airport transfer.
Negative: Only 1 TV and staff could not speak english much, so hard to communicate.

Positive: Property is at perfect location for those who doesn’t want to stay in old quarter. I didn’t want to stay right in downtown but neither too far from it. We had few hiccups upon checkin but we’ve been heard and issues sorted promptly. Breakfast was extensive but limited options for vegetarian. Convenient store was just across the road.We have used spa centre everyday. They were great. Majority Staff could speak English so easy to communicate. Both rooms had beautiful view. Both bathrooms had all basic amenities. I got bargain rates and I would consider as value for money. Hanoi has lot to explore during day and at night. We couldn’t make most out of hotel stay.
Negative: One of the main reason to book this property was its Japanese style swimming pool. Sadly it was under maintenance during our stay. We haven’t been informed beforehand. Reception staff took our complain seriously and tried their best to compensate. As a result, we got early check in too so we can use shower. Vegetarian breakfast options were limited. Water bottle was expensive in hotel. Just get it from across the road. Kitchen didn’t have any cleaning material to clean our dishes. Travel packages offered by hotel was very expensive compared to market’s travel agent.

Positive: Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms excellent. The spa and pool area plus workout room were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful all of the time. Breakfast options were excellent and the location was fairly close to the market area.
Negative: Our apartment could have been cleaned better each day by the housekeeping staff.
