Summary: Host made it very easy to check in with specific instructions. Convenient location for Wake Forest events. The unit was a bit loud at night due to street traffic but still a good place to stay

Summary: W-S is my hometown. I have lived in New England for 21 years so it is nice to go back to my hometown City. The apartment was in a great location and was everything that was advertised. I would go back and stay again anytime without hesitation.

Summary: Upgrade coffee maker to k-cup machine or bigger coffee maker. Queen size bed would be nice. Couple more chairs in the living area would be nice. However, everything was just as expected and we’d stay again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The location is very convenient, right down the street from several breweries/restaurants and Wake’s downtown campus. The apartment building is newer and has nice amenities such as a gym with a good variety of equipment and a common area with TVs and pool table which we enjoyed. The building and apartment were also dog friendly which we appreciated. Basic items including extra linens, some cultlery, and cleaning supplies were available for use. The apartment was very clean! Our only real complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky making sleep difficult, but we notified the host and she said she’d make arrangements to fix that. The check in/check out process was simple. Parking is convenient, as the apartment complex has its own parking lot. Overall a good stay. Thanks!!

Summary: There was a communication issue during check-in that unfortunately prolonged the check-in process. However, when the owner was reached, she was sincere in her apology and gracious in making amends. Condo was clean and in a great location. Nice amenities in the building.
