Summary: Disappointed with cleanliness because of dog hair everywhere. We cleaned the condo as best that we could. Also washing machine was broken but was replaced while we were there. The down stairs shower would only be like warm water but the condo looked nice so that was good .

Summary: The property was in a good location. Everything we wanted to do was nearby. The AC breaker tripped after the cold snap and the property managers took care of it right away. We enjoyed the place.

Summary: The listing pictures and description were accurate and well representative of the unit. It was perfect for our stay. The walk to the beach was convinient and the HOA staff was very helpful and friendly. The upstairs shower did drain slowly, but was not a big deal since there was a second full bathroom downstairs. The neighborhood was quiet. Our unit had a ton of beach stuff to borrow (umbrellas, rafts, and beach toys) which was a great surprise and appreciated by our entire family. We brought our two pups and it was so convinient to take them outside since the unit has a private front porch leading out to a bit of grass and more grass down the sidewalk. We learned that the HOA office no longer lends equipment for the mini-golf, shuffleboard, etc. amenities; plan to bring your own if you want to take advantage of these amenities or double-check with the agent on whether the unit comes with this equipment. The unit was very comfortable and homey. Overall, the stay exceded our expectations.

Summary: We stayed at this location for an extended weekend and had a great time. The location was perfect, in walking distance to the beach. The description of the property were shot on. The only issues we had were that the upstairs shower drained very slow and the internet wifi wasn't correct for the location. Would I go back? Sure.
