Dock your flat-bottom boat right at home! The covered boathouse is wired for electric, fitted with sturdy cleats, and your choice of mooring spots along the seawall. When the tide’s low (about 2') or high (up to 4'), you’re always ready to cast off.
Under the house you’ll find a dedicated catch-of-the-day display board—an ideal place to clean, snap and share your trophy.
Traveling in an RV or camper? A level gravel pad and concrete slab, plus 30-amp power, water and sewer connections, make it easy to park on site.
