Summary: Good size house ! Backyard was a little smaller than excepted. Loved the shaded patio. It was the first week of 100 degree weather. Definitely should have paid to heat the pool tho, it got to 75 but the difference in temperature from outside to pool made the pool to cold for me to enjoy. House had everything we could need or think of. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were great. The master bedroom on the main floor could use a closet and the extra room above is great for the extra guests but no closet or separate door. Plenty of space for us all tho ! My daughter and nephew loved the desks for homework space. My daughter also enjoyed the treadmill, as she is currently training for her track meets.

Summary: This location was perfect for our recent trip. It was north of Phoenix but good for where we need to be. It was spacious with TVs in most rooms. It would be good for more than one family. The owner was very responsive when there was an issue with the pool.

Summary: This home was beautiful and in a great location. Just a heads up two of the queen beds are directly over the master bedroom and basically share the room since they would walk downstairs in the master bedroom. Overall great experience the house was spotless and we enjoyed the beautiful backyard!

Summary: This was a great place for our family! There were 10 of us, my husband and I, our kids and grandkids. We had lots of room for everyone. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids! We opted not to pay the extra to have the pool heated, but they didn't care. They loved it!! The lemon and orange tree in the backyard was a nice plus. The neighborhood was very nice and the park down the street was so fun for the kids. Paul was very responsive and caring. Next time we are in Arizona we would definitely stay again!
