Positive: The underground parking place was good. However the instructions how to reach it were not clear from the beginning.
Negative: Thank you for hosting us in the apartments. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy our stay because of the following reasons: 1. Bathroom 1 - The water temperature in the shower could only be set to either very hot or very cold. It was impossible to regulate the temperature, making it uncomfortable to use. 2. Kitchen zone - all the kitchenware was dirty, with the old dust, we had to clean all by ourselves directly after department. 3. Dining area - the table was not completely assembled, so it was waving. The curtain fell on my head, and I had to fix it. 4. Bathroom 2 - the shower was broken, making it absolutely impossible to use this bathroom. In fact, these apartments have one bathroom, while in the information, it is stated that there are 2 bathrooms there. 5. Bedroom 1 - the mattress was far too soft, and when two people slept together there, it felt like you're on the water mattress - absolutely uncomfortable. The bed sheet was too small for the mattress. We also found old fries under the bed, presumably left by previous guests. 6. Bedroom 2 - Again, the sheet was too small for the mattress, so one person ended up sleeping directly on the mattress without any sheet. 7. In general, the floor was dirty. For example, we found old watermelon seeds on the floor

Positive: Nice, cozy and spacious apartment. Easy to reach city centre by public transport.
Negative: It was not clean. Sticky floor and all the surfaces were dirty. Plenty of dust. Despite all the negative reviews we really had a hope that it was improved. Sadly not. And not a single cleaning cloth was provided. So we had to buy some cleaning products and clean a bit. There were night lamps but no bulbs :) If you arrive by car it's better to clarify underground parking availability in advance otherwise it may cost 15 per hour.

Positive: Specious, nice and comfortable apartment, well decorated and cozy. Comfortable beds. Proximity of public transport, shops and services. Big terrace. Building in a gated community and safe.
Negative: The apartment was not very clean - the floor was wiped, but not properly cleaned: carpets with food crumbles, hair, and even pieces of broken glass - surely not vacuumed well. A dirty window in the kitchen, blinds unattached and on the floor (we needed fix it ourselves). One out of two pans unusable - scratched and damaged, limited cutlery (3 teaspoons).
Summary: Comfortable and nice apartment with great terrace but needs some extra cleaning.

Positive: Super cool apartment for a city break in Warsaw. Clean, spacious, with all facilities, 5 min walk from the metro with a direct link to a heart of the city! Very nice available service. Thumb up for the parking and for a very good bakery just next door. I highly recommend.
