Positive: Kitchen was well equipped, rooms are spacious and clean. Very good location for city centre/local wedding venue. We booked it for a wedding and having 2 bathrooms allowed us all to get dressed efficiently. Nick (host) is amazing! Very helpful and understanding. Would recommend!
Negative: Very strong smell of smoke (cigarettes) throughout. Nothing states about there only being one parking bay available. We had multiple vehicles as was staying as a group and only the booker could park on site.

Negative: Door tricky to get in to. Was not very clean, our feet were black after walking around bare foot and there was sick residue in a sink. In the dining area the floor had visible crumbs down the side. I passed the cleanliness info onto the manager and had no response.

Positive: I had an excellent 3 nights here. The property is well equiped with all the kitchen and bathroom items you need, cosy, easy walking distance either into the centre or the nearby park. It was lovely and quiet (despite it including New Years Eve). The outside seating area will be great in warmer weather. Chris the host was very good at communicating. I would definitely stay here again.
Negative: A minor issue which is outwith Chris' control is the narrow allocated parking space which my car wouldn't fit into but Chris suggested a suitable alternative.
Summary: Well appointed apartment in a very handy location.

Negative: We were there 2 nights... the Saturday night was great, but in the early hours of Friday night / Saturday morning one of the neighbours came back drunk and had everyone awake at 3am.
