Chalet La Clochette has four floors with a total area of 300 sq.m and a garage for three cars. The basement has an entrance hall, laundry room, drying room, and a family TV room containing a double sofa bed. The first floor has a well furnished spacious living and dining area with a beautiful log fire. On this floor there is also a modern, well equiped kitchen with seated breakfast bar and a guest toilet off the front door entrance hall. French doors open onto a fully equipped decked area with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Swiss Alps. The second floor had three double bedrooms with private bathrooms and all have access to french doors leading to a balcony with magnificent views. The master bedroom is located on the top floor with a stunning ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The chalet is equipped with wifi, satellite tv, underfloor heating and BBQ facilities.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in the chalet in Leysin. It is perfectly situated near the chairlift to the mountains, with just a short walk to the local amenities in the village too. The chalet is perfectly equipped, we made some delicious meals in with the well equipped kitchen. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for being great hosts, we're hoping to visit again in the future.

Summary: The chalet is spacious and million dollar views in every direction. Stacey was a fantastic host as well. Leysin is a wonderful small village with lots of winter and summer activities. We enjoyed the hiking trails and short day trips to Montreux, Vevey, Gruyere, L'Etivaz, Gstaad..... This home has all high quality furnishings and is extremely comfortable for a group of 10. The chalet has all the necessary kitchen appliances and the kitchen/dining area proved to be great entertaining areas...not to mention the outside deck. Also, the chalet is within a nice walking distance to all lower village restaurants (my 93 year old father enjoyed the walks past grazing cows, horses and goats). Don't miss the upper village entertainment like Top Pub and Davinda Restaurant.

Summary: Six of us spent a holiday in the chalet. it is stunning with fantastic views. The house is equipped to a high standard and its open plan layout made it really comfortable. We ate in mostly sitting on the terrace, but had a great fondue at prafandaz a lovely chalet above the village. The village has everything you need with bank supermarket and shops. Thanks so much Katie for making our stay so special

Summary: I have just spent a glorious few days with friends in this beautiful chalet and would thoroughly recommend it .The property is decorated to a high standard and well equipped- especially the kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious and have good storage and the open plan kitchen / dining / living space is ideal for groups of family or friends. The views are truly spectacular. Great location all year round !

Summary: Spacious, beautiful chalet at a great location. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The chalet is clean and well equipped. The kitchen is great for "group cooking".The fire place adds an extra touch to the nice interior. Great open views from all the rooms, nice sunny terrace. The lifts are a 5 minute walk and the owners were so nice to let us use their locker at the station, so we didn't have to carry our skis. The skiing area is just good enough for a week relaxed skiing. There are slopes for all levels and great restaurants in the mountains (we especially enjoyed "Kuklos" where there was a play corner to keep the small kids busy while we took turns in skiing). The town of Leysin is very cute and sweet. There is a supermarket at 10 minutes walk as well as a bakery and several restaurants. We stayed in for dinner as the chalet was so cosy and we didn't feel like going out. A special thanks to Catherine for all the arrangements.

Summary: What a wonderful property, views from chalet are stunning. Interiors modern and spacious, each bedroom has great views of the mountains. A real home from home, extremely well equipped. Summary: Our family has now visited La Clochette twice. A week in early summer and then another visit in Autumn. While the modern chalet is beautifully engineered and the equipment and fit out are everything that to would expect in a high end property, it's the unobstructed views from the sun drenched terrace that will bring us back again.

Summary: Leysin is stunning in the summer, so I assume it is the same in the winter too and plan to return to this gorgeous chalet in February to find out. This chalet is beautifully decorated, immaculately presented and we found the layout fantastic for larger groups. We were a party of 8 and did not feel on top of each other at all, as I have experienced in other chalets. For me, this chalet is set apart by the fact you have uninterrupted views to the front, and so do not feel that you are in central Leysin, even though everything I needed was within walking distance. I found the facilities luxurious! Specifically, the open plan kitchen is stunning and perfect for sociable evenings in. Although there are fantastic raclette restaurants near by, we round ourselves happiest to stay in and enjoy the special setting. The booking process was very easy. All my questions were answered efficiently, so felt confident that my holiday was in safe hands and I was not disappointed! I'll definitely be returning to Leysin, and have no reason to want to try another chalet!
