*** Located in a very quiet residential area, respect for the tranquility of the neighborhood is imperative. Evenings or nighttime fuss are strictly prohibited, the use of the swimming pool must remain calm and without shouts
Ideally located in the heart of the pine forest, 10 minutes by bike from the ocean, golf and downtown, near the lake.
A wooden house that harmonizes with its environment, designed and built by local artisans. Spacious open, bright, facing outwards and the pine forest thanks to the large picture windows and the covered terrace sheltering us from a summer downpour!
Tastefully decorated, comfortable and functional, the house adapts to multiple occupant configurations.

Swimming pool 8 * 4 m * 1.40 m without ladder, with electric shutter, heated from May to September (subject to sufficient outside temperatures)
Heating by wood stove and additional radiators (living room) and convectors (bedrooms and bathroom). A bag of logs is provided upon arrival.
*** Notice to the chilly: in winter and if the weather is particularly cool some of our tenants have judged that the large volume of the stay was a little difficult to heat. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very well heated by the convectors. ***
