Summary: This unit is exactly as described. The ski in/out trail is right outside the door. It's at a section where the trail flattens out a bit so the snowboarders did a bit of pushing or "tobogganed" down to the unit. Before the trail opens and after it closes, it's a perfect spot to get out with your dog. We had a truck and we found the parking quite tight. Luckily it wasn't too full so we had some room to maneuver. The unit itself was clean & comfortable. The bedrooms were separated by the family room & it was a very quiet location. I would say the only downside was that the kitchen wasn't very well equipped but if you know that ahead of time you can pack the things that were missing. Make sure you pack a potato peeler, ciran/foil/lunch bags/parchment/ detergent for the washing machine/wine bottle stopper etc. Make sure you read the entire listing as some of this information was already stated in the write up. Karl was really great at keeping us up to date. He's a very organized host and provides super helpful info. prior to check in. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. We had a very positive experience and great hosts!
