Positive: Spatious and quiet apartment, well equipped, very clean. Automatic pizza kiosk is just on the opposite side of the road providing inexpensive and warm food at any time. There were even some toys for kids in the room, which was an excellent option considering tavelling with 2 small kids.
Negative: The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a pretty steep and narrow stairs. I needed to bring my stroller up and down each time, which was not very comfortable. Location is not very close to the old town, one need to walk along the road to get to old Keysersberg.

Negative: my fault that I didn't check the exact location, but it is on a busy road so if you need the window open at night (which we did as it was hot) it is noisy. Very quiet with window closed.

Negative: The exterior of the building looks run down. There was confusion about the timing of arrival and getting the key on time. The shower hose oddly crosses the bath tub

Positive: The location was pretty central, the decoration was nice
Negative: The building was in a very bad condition, we hesitated to go in. The apartment smelled like mold, it was way too dusty, especially the lamps and mirrors. The kitchen was well equipped but the dish sponge for example was overused, we decided not to use the kitchen. The bathroom doors cannot be locked. The door of the second bedroom cannot be closed and the bed was way too hard. Privacy was a serious problem as we were 2 pairs in the apartment. It was nice of the host to prepare a bed for our 5 year old child, but we couldn't use it as it was directly on the ground. It would be very dusty and cold for the child. Overall, I find the price too high for the quality and the place very unclean compared to our earlier experiences!

Positive: The apartment was as pictured and very clean. Also pretty close to Kaysersberg which is the reason why we stopped.
Negative: The outside wasn't pretty, hard to find when driving because it's on a busy street and the entrance is not in front of the building. My biggest issue was the stairs to get to the apartment itself and then more stairs to go to the rooms. I was traveling with my 77 year old Mom and her 82 year old friend so it was a lot of work for them. I had to bring up all the suitcases and help them. I wouldn't recommend for older people or anyone that is disabled and/or has mobility issues.
Summary: Nice, clean, updated, however a lot of difficult stairs are involved. Not for older/disabled people.
