Summary: The property was super clean and very cute. We stayed for a long weekend and walked town, ate a local restaurant. Lowell is a great location close to Grand Rapids, Muskogean, etc. Parking lot was perfect, instructions on how to get into the property was clear. Everything was great. The next time we are in the area, we will look into staying here in the future.

Summary: This apartment rental was fantastic for our group of 5. It was rainy & cold but they enjoyed staying inside playing retro games on the arcade machine! The board games were also appreciated even though I lost at Scrabble lol Enjoyed the Sweet Seasons bakery & cafe across the street, and highly recommend The Flat River Grill. My son & his girlfriend loved the Mexican restaurant, Los Portales just down the street. The rental was clean (& I'm incredibly picky!) I would just recommended a good vacuuming of the sofa bed in the living room, lots of crumbs. I'd most recommend this particular rental for parents & kids, or a couple. I was there w/ my 3 kids plus their friend (ages 19-25) and the bunk beds weren't quite comfy enough for them, might be better w/ two twin beds instead of one twin bed plus the futon. I recommend this property and would like to come back again when we're in the area again.

Summary: We really enjoyed this very modern loft stay in Lowell. Everything was new, fresh, and clean. The building appears to be recently renovated. There was plenty of on site parking, and it is located in a very walkable part of Lowell nearby to restaurants and breweries. Would gladly stay again.

Summary: My family stayed for 3 days, 2 nights to visit with friends, pick up a side of beef, and take in Pure Michigan autumn. Management was very responsive when two deaths on opposite sides of our family caused us to have to change our plans twice (reduced our stay by one night, and then added our teens).The property was clean and comfortable with ample pillows, linens and hospitality personal products - which filled gaps arising from our forgetfulness. The classic arcade games and TV with Disney+/ cable also received appreciation/ interaction. While the condo is smallish, it is not overly crowded by furniture and the high loft ceilings give it an airy feeling. We were very comfortable with 2 adults, 2 teens both through the school/ work day and overnight. Beds were comfortable and the King size of the master is a definite plus. We enjoyed a meal from the town BBQ joint, the Heidi's Farm Stand Corn Maze and Cider Slushies, Red Barn lunch and merchandise, and nearby rails-to-trails paths for walking. Highly recommend this property. We may be returning next year!

Summary: We love this condo at Lowell. I had trouble with my computer so my check in was late, due to my fault. The owner was gracious in helping me. Also, I messed up about check out and he was very helpful. The town of Lowell is so friendly, the condo is quiet and clean. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and hope to use it again at the next stay. Thanks for everything.

Summary: This was the only property available in the area when I needed it, so I booked it. I thought it was pricey for just me but it was quite spacious—more than I needed so if there were 3–4 people it would have made more sense. It was nice, new and modern with the usual amenities for a full property — full kitchen, 2 BR/2BA, washer/dryer. I didn’t use much. A few things though: 2 coffee makers but no coffee cups?? No recycle bin. A scented candle (nice touch) but no lighter or matches. Guest has to dispose of their own trash in the back property waste management receptacle (property management should take care of this for the guest IMO). Anyway, I would recommend this property for a longer stay or if you are fine with paying more for just one or two people.
