Summary: There was long term tenants and they were making too much noise until late at night. Don’t think will stay there again.

Summary: Our check in was lovely and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the closet smelled a little musty. Overall, the room appeared to need updates. There was a lot of noise throughout the night, and we heard doors opening and shutting and general disruptions from the hall. We were only there for one night though so not sure if this is a common occurrence or just based on guests.

Summary: The breakfast was not very good. The same stuff every day. Had to look someone up to make coffee. Leftovers from the day before. Just wasn't managed very well. We were to have our sheets changed midway through our stay. We stayed a week, but this never happened.

Summary: Staff at check in wasn't capable, the room assigned had a severely damaged floor. They agreeably moved us. Tap for payment did not show the amount clearly. When asked for a receipt, was told the computer was down for updating. The receipt was sent to me via email.
