Summary: Bed uncomfortable, hot tub too small and the jets in an odd location. This hotel has many sort comings. One this is for sure, unless I can't find any other places to stay, I am sure I am not staying here

Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a peaceful experience, especially at night—it was quiet and relaxing. The staff seemed friendly, and Saturday morning breakfast was well-stocked and organized, which I really appreciated. There were a few things that could’ve been better: the hair dryer in the bathroom was broken, and the TV was a bit outdated—I was hoping for something like Apple TV or a smart TV for streaming. The breakfast during my first morning wasn’t really kept up with, and unfortunately, the orange I grabbed was rotten inside. I was also hoping for a hot breakfast option like eggs and bacon, but those weren’t available. Still, the room itself was comfortable, and my overall stay was pleasant. Just a few tweaks, especially with breakfast and amenities, could really make the experience even better.

Summary: Excellent staff, the hotel room was excellent. The bathroom was super clean, and same with all the items in the room. The breakfast is good and have variety, very good overall. Definitely a 5 stars (might not be new everything) but it was very clean and neat !

Summary: Basic accommodations. Hair dryer didn’t work & front desk didn’t seem to care. Said lots of complaints about dryers but couldn’t do anything about it. Average breakfast however lady in charge of supplying food was very good. Just an average stay. Would probably go another place next year.

Summary: It was okay. We definitely felt the breakfast lady was really night, mainly how she talked to you. The front desk staff were okay. Could have been a bit more welcoming upon arrival. The night front desk lady was pretty nice and assisting us. The kids and I went to grab some breakfast. I heard someone knocking at the door from the breakfast area so I was already proceeding to go back and check the room because my other kids were still sleep. One or two of the employees walked in my room because we had to latch cracked on the door trying to see if we were checking out mind you is 9:30-10AM and check out at 11 AM. I figured you should be knocking out doors at 11:00/11: 05am. Recommendation wait till 11am/unless the guest come to the desk and c/out. And be more welcoming as guest arrive early or late c/in. Other than that, everything was OK and I truly enjoyed the fireworks.
