Summary: A little hard to find. Strange that this new multilevel structure did not have an elevator. Service was adequate and great value for the price. Would consider staying there again when in the area.

Summary: The property offers an amazing mountainous and pool view. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, with a quaint restaurant & heated outdoor pool on the property. Complimentary breakfast has a variety of choices and ample tables. The only thing I would recommend is add butter to the condiments for the toast and biscuits. Also, our first room did not having a working television and even though we were only staying one night, the front desk receptionist pleasantly moved us to a new room, even though we did not ask for this. Her gesture was much appreciated though. We will definitely return.

Summary: No elevator, we stayed on the second floor because that’s all that was available. Had no choice but to carry our stuff up. Only small refrigerator and no microwave. I checked the amenities, but apparently that if you get the suite for it to have both. They did have one in the lobby for use. The staff was great! A breaker blew, so the breakfast bar was down for a while. Not their fault, but delayed our plans. Just wish it stated on the site no elevator. We had disabled people with us that had extreme trouble with the steps. :(

Summary: I really wanted to like this place but..... I walked into the room and noticed something on the bathroom door that didn't belong there. Went to the front desk and she quickly got some cleaner and cleaned it. (I would have expected her to offer me a new room but i didn't push it). The bed was ok (no bed bugs) and comfortable enough. The room itself was anything but soundproof. I could here my neighbors upstairs every time they moved. The internet didn't work. The best part was the towels which were surprisingly thicker than expected,

Summary: It is in a very nice, quiet location. The rooms were neat and clean. Front staff was nice. The only problem we had is there is no elevator, we were assigned to second floor and one person in our party had a difficult time with the stairs. Next time we will just make sure to request first floor rooms.

Summary: Hotel facilities are overall good. A little dated. Sound insulation between rooms in need of upgrading. Tub did not have stopper. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also tasty.
