Summary: We booked this place because it was part of the Best Western chain. We did not expect to go into very dated rooms. The pictures we saw on hotels.com did not do justice to the room. The room smelled like stale smoke. Even though they probably haven't been smoked in in years. The carpets need to be changed out. The bed was made neat and there wasn't any dirt in it which was good. We checked for bed bugs, nothing there. Complimentary breakfast was basically the same thing everyday.. there was no variety like some other places do but that's not a big deal. But the thing that really got me were the dishes. We pointed it out to the poor lady working and she said that it was the dishwasher filter needed to be cleaned. But even after us pointing this out, we returned the next day and the day after and still found the dishes to be dirty even after coming out of the dishwasher. And it was like management didn't want to do anything about that. I don't blame the server. I don't blame the workers but I really don't want to eat off of plates that has sprayed dirt all over it. And it wasn't just one dish on top. We would pick up piles and it would be reoccurring throughout the stack. The pool didn't look like it had been cleaned properly either. We only did one swim. I couldn't go back. The lounge chairs in the pool area sunk so far down they weren't comfortable at all. I tried to find alternative accommodations within the first night but as this was a weekend we were unable to.

Summary: Everything was amazing, clean, comfortable. However, one of the coffee milk cups was moldy, not sure if it was expired or what could happened.

Summary: I did not have cleaning service daily. No decaf coffee in the office so I had to buy my own. I really liked the daily breakfast. The food was good, staff friendly.

Summary: We stayed 3 nights. Excellent stay. Bed and bedding is super comfortable. The room is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Good coffee. Breakfast has a large selection. No complaints from us. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable.

Summary: It was expensive and not worth it, it was clean, beds comfy but it’s dated expensive and old guy and front desk got a bit testy with me, ladies at the breakfast were super nice! It was a very aged hotel

Summary: Great location, close to highway but quiet. Lots of dining options nearby. Staff were friendly, breakfast lady was great. Close to train tracks but not obtrusive. Otherwise, clean and well-equipped.
