The studio is located on a hill overlooking Linda Mar beach in the exclusive Pedro Point district of Pacifica, and has amazing views of the ocean, hills and surrounding trees.

The apartment is on its own level with a fenced in yard. The studio is fully furnished with a queen bed and pull out couch, along with an smart TV.

The property is pet friendly, although we ask that you clean up after your pet. It’s within walking distance (2 blocks) to the beach, it makes it a dog's paradise. The studio has its own entrance and parking is provided in the driveway.

We have a wireless internet connection that is available, with a strong signal that is accessible anywhere on the property.

Many people have stayed with us, and all have enjoyed the privacy, quiet neighborhood and beautiful space we have, proximity to the beach, and pet friendly environment. Many have come back to stay with us again. We hope you'll join us at our beach-side getaway soon....

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect for day trips to San Francisco; a quick drive or even doable by public transportation. The beach is just a walk away, along with a couple coffee shops. We walked down to the grocery store and did our cooking in the VRBO, but there are also lots of great eating options locally if you'd prefer to eat out. Lots of great hiking nearby as well. Be warned that the hill up to the property is quite steep, so walks are a bit of cardio, but definitely doable! Also, as an asthmatic traveler, this location has my full endorsement in terms of air quality with the fresh ocean breezes. I would recommend this property!

Summary: I highly recommend this VRBO. This has been such an amazing place to stay while going through a full home renovation. The owner has been so accommodating and kind. What a relaxing place to decompress from life. The place is adorable, you have everything you need, and the hot tub was the highlight for me. It is very close to the beach and the views are breathtaking.❤️❤️
