Positive: Loved the apartment, close to alot of beaches, and the restaurant onsite was fantastic great value for money and very helpful , the apartment had everything you needed and very comfortable.

Negative: There was a beep every so often and I don't know where it was coming from , also the window was open in the hallway for fresh air but it would make our door make a noise in the night with the wind but only I heard it so maybe im just a light sleeper.

Positive: The Surf Song was in an ideal location for all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the essentials for everyday living. The little welcome drink, biscuits, and flowers were a lovely idea.

Negative: The only complaint I have is there was a smoke alarm in the kitchen. A couple of times when cooking, the alarm went off.

Positive: That we had our own apartment, children had a separate room and bathroom. Our room was so comfortable and very quiet. We slept so well and didn't miss our own bed at all!! Penzance is beautiful, full of things to do, and it's not far from other equally as beautiful areas. The restaurant and pub on site serves lovely food and has themed food nights, so fish Friday, all you can eat, pizza night, bingo, and lots more.

Negative: We couldn't book in until 5pm, it would have been helpful if it was an hour earlier as we had been up since 5.30 am, and everyone was tired. The main door had a different code than the one we had been told, a neighbour had to tell us the right one. Also, there wasn't a hot tub as described in the room facilities. There is a swimming pool which we used and a sauna, the hot tub listed should be removed.

Positive: One of the best properties we have stayed in (and we have stayed in a lot over the years) Immaculately clean on arrival, fresh flowers in the lounge. Hard to think of anything you would need that was not provided.

Negative: We were without transport due to car breakdown and therefore reliant on bus which was 3 fields away. Not a problem for us as we are mobile but could be for some.. Not a criticism of the property just a fact.

Positive: We were there to meet other family members in a nearby village, so we were able to get across to Crowlas without the hassle of traffic. The gardens at our rented property were full of bird life, fantastic !

Negative: It was just great there, no problems whatsoever, even had plenty of parking for our campervan.
