Amazing 2 bedroom condo in a great area of Surprise. 30 night minimum. The coveted ground floor everyone is looking for. This home away from home lives large and has a two car garage to boot. Step inside through the garage or private courtyard and you will instantly be welcomed by the contemporary decor and open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Reclining furniture throughout the living room just in front of the cozy fireplace and TV. Dine in style on the dining room table and chairs for 4 or site up to the breakfast bar for a quick cup of java or to chat during meal prep. The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, cabinets and a standalone coffee bar. It has absolutely everything and more than you will need to cook, bake or prepare a BBQ meal. Down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed, private courtyard, large tv and spa like bath with a walk in shower, double sinks and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size Murphy bed, that can be put up for extra space in the 2nd use for the space and office with 2 separate workspaces. This bedroom also has a large hall bath with tub and shower combo. There is a full sized laundry room, 2 car tandem garage and superfast Wi-Fi.
