Reeseside Unit 601 has great views of Seawall Blvd, Downtown Galveston, and the Gulf from all the living areas as well as from both bedrooms and the wrap around balcony. Nightscape lights are spectacular. One has the feel of being on a cruise ship overlooking the water during the day.
In addition to the views, what sets this unit apart from other 2/2 units at Diamond Beach is its large 1595 sq. ft. floor plan which makes it one of the LARGEST 2 bedroom units for rent in Diamond Beach. Also, it is one of the few rental condos with a built-in ROCK FIREPLACE to enjoy in the cooler weather, also in the summer time with it's lighting when can you the setting for no heat but glow in the fireplace. It has easy access to parking areas with an elevator conveniently located near the front door of the unit.
Upon entering the unit, one will find all new classic coastal furnishings for the discerning guest to enjoy. The large Master Bedroom has a deluxe King size bed with plush bedding, flat screen TV, DVD, and large attached master bath with double sink/vanity area and rain shower. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV, DVD. A Tub/Shower bath is adjacent to Guest Bedroom and also available to living area guests. For a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate the required maximum number of 6 guests, there is a Comfortable Queen sleeper couch, an inflatable twin mattress, and even a portacrib for the toddler in the group.
All linens and plenty of towels are available at no additional charge. Should you need it, a full size washer and dryer are in the unit.
The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and even has a stock of seasonings in the pullout pantry, so check before going to a grocery store, although a Walmart, Randalls, and Krogers are within a 5-10 minute drive. For those not wishing to cook, there are many nearby fine dining and quick food restaurants with a number of them who deliver right to the condo unit door. The dining area seats 6 with an additional 3 bar stools at the bar area. One can also enjoy morning coffee, snacks, and drinks on the large curving balcony.
There is a built-in rock wall fireplace, soundbar, and large flat screen TV and DVD player across one wall of the living area. A wireless router for electrical devices is available in the unit as well as a desk area.
