Positive: Quiet and safe neighbourhood, friendly and accommodating staff, all you need in a little suite (washroom, microwave, water, tea, smart TV with tons of movie choices, delicious home cooked breakfast). I had mentioned that it was our anniversary and Alice happily addressed the special occasion with a kind and handwritten card and a large box of chocolates. We really appreciated this special touch! I also liked the fact that I could cancel if I changed my mind until a few days before the trip. Peace of mind for booking!

Positive: Good location., excellent and kind host, clean and organized room, excellent and detailed breakfast . About 10 -15 min walking to attractions, like to Wego bus stop, Clifton Hill street, Rainbow Bridge and Niagara Falls. Also it is easy to take uber.

Positive: What a wonderful little B & B in Niagra Falls. The hosts were fantastic. They made us feel so welcome and did so much to make our stay comfortable. The B & B is 8 minutes walk to Clifton Hill and 10 minutes to the falls. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Positive: Lovely place to stay. Location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the falls. Wonderful attentive hosts, they were happy to accommodate our breakfast choice which was greatly appreciated. This is an excellent base and very comfortable, clean and had everything you need.
