Positive: Everything was perfect:location, cleaning, facilities, breakfast and above to all ,Alice and Jackie .They made everything for us to feel comfortable and very welcomed. Definitely will book again next time when will visit Niagara.

Positive: It was very clean we had everything we needed . The location was great away from the congestion area yet close to everything. Breakfast was very good Alice and Jacky are very pleasant. Our room was very nice the sheets were so soft. There was bottled water as well as a hot water pot for coffee or tea in your room with creamer and sugar . The refrigerator was a plus and the water pressure was wonderful and plenty of hot water. We didn’t hear the other guests the walls are thick the deck and back yard were nice . We enjoyed the swing in the yard it very well landscaped .
Summary: This is a value and a very nice place . Don’t hesitate you’ll be well taken care of.

Positive: The location was close to the falls and attractions, but in a lovely peaceful area. The property was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was fantastic and Susan and Jackie were the perfect hosts. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit Niagara area.

Positive: I checked in a little late and Alice was there to welcome me and show me where my door was. Bed was comfortable, location was great! I like that it was close but still in a quiet residential neighborhood. Breakfast delicious, I had planned to make my own anyway because of dietary restrictions, but ended up having my breakfast every morning that was prepared by Alice and Jacky. They were both very accommodating and I really felt at home there. I spent my first two nights in a room on the ground floor and then moved to the one above it because those dates were already reserved for the room I got more nights at. I had everything packed and ready to go, and went out for the day. When I got back, as per our agreement everything was in my new room. I would absolutely book this again if I'll be coming back to Niagara!

Positive: The accommodation was great, spacious and clean. I had the best night's sleep since we had started our trip. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. In fact we had booked a taxi to take us to the bus terminal on departure day and it didn't turn up and they kindly drove us there. It saved us a long walk. I highly recommend Susan's Villa.
Negative: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Positive: Alice & Jacky are such nice, kind people. Breakfast was very good & nicely prepared. Alice even packed 2 breakfast meals for us as we were leaving early for 2 mornings. Thanks so much Alice, we really appreciated. The place is so nicely decorated, the bedroom has 2 lovely lamps on the bedside tables and the bed is so comfortable. We felt that everything was done from the heart, with love and care. Thankyou Alice & Jacky for making our stay perfect. Location to the falls is good too. Xxx
