Summary: This place was ok at first sight. But second day i have seen it wasn't deep cleaned. The fan in the bedroom was full of dust, the dishes in kitchen were still sticky, like not cleaned properly, no dryer sheets, the dryer had a wet towl in it. The bathroom was not very clean in my opinion but ok. The coffee offered was low quality. I was looking for coffee filters for the other coffee maker, none found. The tv didn't work at times. Overall needs improvement. And the owner needs to talk to the neighbor across about the dog barking. It was very annoying. I was surprised that i couldn't use the back yard to relax which would have helped about not hearing the dog barking. The door to back yard was shut closed. Its ok for 1 night i guess but i stayed 1 week so the money spend was a lot for that. I expected more for that. 2 stars.

Summary: Generally very good. House was clean and well stocked. Trains pass fairly close throughout the day and night, though we got to the point of tuning them out. Some homes around the house were in disrepair.

Summary: Suzanne has thought of everything to make the home comfortable. She personally introduced herself (that was a nice touch). If we had a question, she was readily available to help us out. We were impressed with the property!

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the home and it looked even better than the pictures. We stayed over Christmas and Suzanne had put a small decorated Christmas tree up for us. It made the stay so special. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Ponca.
