Positive: Christina, the receptionist, gave us the warmest welcome possible and immediately made us feel home - she's the best! Breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of food. Pool was clean and warm - perfect for the little ones. They have really nice playground comparing to the size of the hotel itself, our girls really loved it. Food ordered from the bar was generally good, but for the same price we preferred eating outside as we found it better. We really recommend on taking a car as it makes it easier to move around.
Negative: In one word - Location. Really hard to commute without a car, as the hotel located in the middle of nowhere. There is a lot of construction and road works in that area, making it impossible to move around with a stroller. Also, the area gets really dark at night, and since there are a lot of deserted hotels nearby - it's kind of spooky and makes walking by foot quite stressing.
Summary: Great value for money!

Positive: The hotel including all the staff was wonderful and we had a lovely stay. It was complicated by us as we had three rooms for different dates but it was all handled perfectly. Check in was smooth even in the small hours of the morning. Staff always had a smile. The food was excellent. The whole place was spotless and was always being cleaned by the staff and maintenance team. Bus stopped right opposite hotel to take us into larnaca in ten minutes.
Negative: We can’t think of anything so have to dig deep for anything! One thing that would be helpful is to be able to use a socket for charging phones etc when not in your room as they all cut off when removing room key card. Not really a complaint! Thankfully the aircon was very good as the weather was very hot!
Summary: We had an amazing stay and will definitely plan to return.

Positive: Staff were excellent - approachable, friendly, helpful Pool was a decent size & lots of loungers available. Bar/restaurant was super-close to the pool area. Padel courts - well-priced Gym - good variety of machines, although A/C in the room would be handy (there are 2 large fans, but not quite as good as A/C) Food & Drink - Breakfast had good variation of hot/continental/fruit, & the hot food & cocktails we tried off the menu were excellent.
Negative: The pool table could do with some TLC - chalk, cues & cloth a bit old. The A/C started badly leaking in our kids room, but staff dealt with it well & we were given another room immediately. Not a huge amount of stuff to do within walkable distance of the hotel, & the nearest beach although not terrible, is not amazing.
Summary: We loved our holiday.

Positive: View wasn’t an issue as it was too hot on the balcony The carpet in hallway needs to be changed as it makes the corridor to rooms look dark and dirty so spoils the first impression which is important
Negative: I think there could be a better choice of food at breakfast. The pastries could be improved

Positive: Everything
Negative: The laundry service provided by an external company was not good at all. Unfortunately, my suit was damaged. I was expecting it to be dry-cleaned rather than washed with water.
Summary: Everything else was superb. The staff were also great.
