"Sven Heul", 5-room chalet 105 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2015, comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony, north-east facing position. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Terrace 24 m2, north-west facing position. Balcony furniture, barbecue. View of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Summary: Positif: Terrasse fermée et grande Emplacement très au calme et pas trop excentré Cuisine bien équipée 3 WC et 2 douches pratique à 8 personnes Chiens acceptés 3 place de parc bien situées et à l’ombre! Négatif: Trop étroit pour 8 personnes Odeur de renfermé dans certaines pièces Matelas durs Route d’accès très abîmée

Summary: Een prima woning om met het gezin, familieleden en / of vrienden een week of langer te verblijven. De woning was schoon en netjes. Prettig was dat ook een hond welkom is.

Summary: Chalet au calme. assez spacieux pour notre famille . Il manque peut-être un rangement pour les provisions , et la barrière de sécurité pour ne pas dégringoler en bas l'escalier est inefficace mon petit-fils de 2 ans a fait 30 secondes pour l'ouvrir .

Summary: prima chalet. alleen de gastvrijheid laat te wensen ove;een allesomvattende handleiding is niet meer dan normaal. 1)waar staat de wasmachine?in de kinderkamer blijkt na lang zoeken.lastig als je de kinderkamer links laat liggen als er geen kinderen bij zijn. 2)geen koffiepads zoals als de beschrijving zegt,maar koffiecapsules zijn aangewezen. 3)hoe moet de tv aan?joost mag het weten. 4)hoe moet de inductieplaat van het kinderslot?joost mag het weten. 5)hoe werkt de dvdspeler?joost mag het we..

Summary: Möblierung und Interieur teilweise alt. Hat aber den Vorteil, dass man mit kleinen Kindern nicht so aufpassen muss, dass nichts verkratzt oder beschmutzt wird. Mikrowelle/Backofen: Drehteller war defekt. Backofen nicht ganz leicht zu bedienen. Besteck und Gläser sollten gelegentlich erneuert und vereinheitlicht werden. Rings um das Haus hatte es gefällte Bäume und Äste, die das Parkieren erschwerten. Im Winter etwas weit von der Skiinfrastruktur entfernt. Sonst einfache aber gute Unterkunft.

Summary: Lors de notre séjour des travaux avaient lieu autour du chalet situé en dessous et ont engendré beaucoup de bruit et de poussière. Mais hors travaux l'endroit est très calme. Le chalet est bien meublé et spacieux. La vaisselle un peu dépareillée (pour un chalet pour 8 personnes nous n'avons trouvé que deux verres à pied semblables) mais bien suffisante. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
