Summary: Amazing place, amazing room, stunning view. We started at this wonderful place and were so lucky! The chalet is located on the rocks, the view is so fantastic you don’t want to fall asleep at all.

Summary: Cabin was very clean and kitchen was well furnished with utensils and dishes. Well heated and good location. Biggest issue was that there was loud thumping music sound 11pm to about 2 AM both nights making it impossible to sleep until 2 AM. There were no shampoo/conditioner in any of the bathrooms and upon request they just provided one small kit. There was no iron in the room and upon asking, we were told that “if it’s not in the cabin/villa, then there is no iron.”! There was no phone to contact the reception and required going to the reception for any request/question.

Summary: Although we arrived very late, thanks to the clear instructions, we were able to self check in without any trouble and access the cabin we had requested in advance. Seeing the Northern Lights for the first time in our lives — right from our cabin — was absolutely thrilling and unforgettable. The location was excellent, and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Summary: The cabin needed to be upgraded fully. Only the Bathroom & Kitchen were upgraded. Our Cabin (#31) faced the back of the lagoon & industrial area so it wasn’t even a pretty view
