Positive: The rooms are exceptional and the setting on the beach with white sands and coconut grove was picture perfect. Great restaurants. With so many swimming pools it was as if we had a private pool for our family available at all times. Operation manager Morris was an absolute gem always a call away in booking activities and making reservations.
Negative: The beach strip has lots of sea weed and little room in the ocean to submerge

Positive: I like the Swahili architecture and interior design of the rooms. The swimming pool that they are many . The baharini beach bar. Kimanzi , Peter and Francisca treated us well and we appreciate that .
Negative: The rugs in the rooms need to go , worn out for such a hotel . They put kids club on their website but unfortunately it’s not active so they need to remove it . Some of the staff there don’t know how to handle pressure, therefore in turn don’t treat their guest well. This comes to say how well are their staff trained and do they understand standard operating procedures of their respective departments. Some of the staff make the hotel look like a 3 to 4 star they need to do better! Also the food is just okay nothing special for such a hotel.
Summary: Value for money hmmm… I do not think so they can do better!

Positive: The location, view, room size, design. All this was awesome. The room service is terrible always missing something or getting the wrong order. The Japanese restaurant has a good show but the food is not Japanese and it's very basic and does not taste good. The restaurant down at the beach has terrible service and terrible cooking. The Indian place is just average. Nothing special. The buffet is tasting flat and sometimes has a very bad/ poor selection of various types of food. The cleaner that cleans the room is washing the cups in the bathroom. It's always dirty.
