Our condo, with brand new air conditioning, is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway. Is your family into puzzles? Then be sure to book a time to experience Swain's escape room during your stay, conveniently located just down the street.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant up the street open year round and in walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sorry no pets. Non Smoking.

First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer.

Summary: The two-story aspect of this place and its high ceiling made it feel so spacious. It's not fancy and could use some updates but very clean and well stocked. The over-sized leather recliner/rocker and couch were SO comfy and cozy! The washer and dryer were much appreciated after we hiked at Letchworth nearby. The view off the back deck is peaceful and pretty. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful property with easy access. It is two stories and all basic essentials are available. The outdoor deck is a bonus to view the landscape and critters that roam. We stayed on July 4, 2021 weekend so, it was rather quiet with minimal to do in the area. It could use a bit of updating(paint)but otherwise, we enjoyed it very much and are considering a winter stay in the near future!

Summary: Property was clean. Jug of water chilled in the refrigerator was a nice touch since the water in the area isn't very tasty. Air conditioner had been turned on, but was not set or working correctly. It was 84 degrees inside. Even with fans, it was warm. Manager came with more fans and reset the air. Better second day. Had asked about a grill ahead of time but never got an answer. Several good places to eat in the area. Music was playing at local Sierra Inn. Was able to open balcony doors and listen comfortably.

Summary: We loved our stay at this condo in Swain, NY. The condo was comfortable, clean, and everything worked. Close to state parks and walkable waterfalls. Its quiet and peaceful with a cozy little restaurant a short walk up the road. Check in and check out were easy too.

Summary: Cute condo. It was perfect for a 2 night get away for 4 adults. Close enough to Letchworth State park for us to drive there for a day of hiking. Relaxing place to come home to in the evening.

Summary: We stayed here and hiked at Letchworth State Park. The condo is in a quiet area, there are places to eat near by. The rooms were very clean. The space isn't very fancy, but it is comfortable and accommodating. I would stay here again.
