IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.
WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. Summary: I stayed a week by myself and the cabin was just right. I ate my meals there but the town of Oakland was only a short drive away. Great bed and pillows. Plenty of pots and pans. Looking forward next year.

Summary: This cabin was great for a romantic getaway for 2. The cabin had just about everything you could need in a kitchen - utensils, pots, pans, etc. It was small inside, but perfect for 2 people. If we had another person, it would have been tight. It was extremely close to 3 state parks which we enjoyed. The cell service was pretty bad, so we wish they had wifi there along with the TV so we could research places to go. Overall, we would stay again.

Summary: Neat and tidy and remote, but you can definitely hear the traffic going by. Upon opening the front door, the odor was terrible and offensive and it lasted for about 3 days. The cabin is dark and quite small compared to the pictures. I was shocked. The bedroom is tiny. No room to put any luggage or travel bags. The bathroom shower drain needed to be unclogged. The bed was quite firm and the sofa was not comfortable. No cell phone service. The window a/c unit was sufficient. A cozy place to lay your head at night.
