IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.
WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].

Summary: The cabin had a malfunctioning lock and couldn't be secured. Vacasa rental management could not resolve the issue during our stay which caused great inconvenience.

Summary: We loved our stay at cabin 4!! Overall everything was AMAZING! We did have lots of issues with NO WATER at times and water pressure very poor. In order for us to consider staying here again Water must be fixed especially for showers!

Summary: This place was clean, very close to Swallow Falls and bigger than expected. Check-in and out was easy. There is a little play area for smaller kids and the back porch is really nice with a porch swing.

Summary: When I booked this place I assumed there would be internet and cell service. This should be explicitly called out in the description as it is 2022 and most would consider this a basic necessity. This was our first time to the area and researching grocery stores or bars to go to as well as directions was extremely difficult with no WiFi or service (Verizon).
