Welcome to our home !
This 3 bed, 2 full bath house was tastefully updated in April of 2024. We fully updated the kitchen and both baths along with new beds / bedding and decor throughout.
We’re under ten minutes from downtown Salem and under 30 minutes from Boston Logan airport.
All 3 of our bedrooms have a queen bed in each along with a TV.
We have off street parking for up to 3 cars and there is also street parking available.

Summary: Suggest supplying proper documentation like a manual regarding how to use television and appliances on site,WiFi password, proper check in/out paperwork. The grounds were unkempt(lawn mowing, weeding) giving an otherwise nice house a shabby appearance. I am considerate of requests, though with a cleaning fee, do not expect removal of trash and starting laundry. The location was optimal for our weekend.

Summary: All three bedrooms had room AC units which was wonderful! We brought all the fans downstairs to help with cooling the main floor, which helped the temperature there just fine. Great porch where we watched an amazing thunderstorm pass through. Pretty close to the beach which was also nice!

Summary: Easy location to get to Salem, Swampscott, Marblehead. Quick to/from Logan airport/ boston. Convince for shopping. Nice park and school across the street. Clean new upgrades. Manager was extremely attentive, accommodating and responded quickly to questions! Even our dog we as happy there!
