Positive: Great welcome and very helpful. Very clean and tidy. All the kitchen implements that you would need. Excellent view and located close enough without being too close. Fantastic spot if you want to go jogging or just watch those who do.

Positive: We loved the location and unhindered view of the lake. Our host Latifa was very communicative and helpful.
Negative: There was no drying cloth to dry dishes. We had to use the hand paper towel to try and dry dishes, which was not effective. The sink plug is broken. We had to wash dishes with running water. We could not soak dirty dishes int he sink, as we could not fill it. There was no hand towel int he toilet. It's a minor thing, but it annoyed the four of us. It would be nice to have basics like some welcome coffee pods. They are so cheap, but none were supplied.

Positive: The apartment is fantastic and located an easy walk from old town Annecy, well furnished and very stylish.
Negative: Outside temperatures were in the 60F (15C) and we were cold in as the central heating was not turned on in the building. The management was very nice and brought us a small space heater after we reported it.

Positive: The apartment was well furnished , clean and well equipped. we were met at the apartment and some details eg wifi , end of stay explained . It was walking distance from the town centre.
Negative: We found it difficult to find the property , the host was unhelpful , we did eventually find the property but more by luck than help from the host , he was unable to give us any landmarks even though the apartment was opposite an estate agent and the building had sotherbys written on it. it took about 20 mins, the host seemed annoyed that we were later than our original arrival time , we were in Annecy on time . It would be better if the address was of the road side of the apartment as that was where the door was and a lot easier to find than along the busy lake road. The shower in the on suite was broken so unable to use overhead shower only hand held( which often sprayed the whole shower room when in the holder) the plug in on suite was dangerous and sparked we were unable to work the hob despite finding details in the manual and on the internet , i think it was locked but we were unable to unlock it , so could not use this facility. It would be better if there were more than one key

Positive: The location was beautiful, the view was great, the house was well equipped.
Negative: The beds were comfortable but the bottom sheets were not big enough so as soon as you lie or sit on the bed they come off and then you are lying on the mattress. You need bigger sheets and a mattress protector. It also would have been nice to have some maps of information about local things, shops, cafes, where to put the rubbish etc. The breakfast was nice but when we asked the check in guy about it, he knew nothing. We had to separately message a number. Then when breakfast arrived it was very nice but there was only instant coffee. The room had a coffee percolator and coffee but no coffee filters. That was very frustrating.
Summary: A beautiful location with views of the lake, a comfortable place for 4 people to stay.
