Positive: Great location, nice size home and well suited to dog owners. Good parking and a nearby pub with great food. Comfy beds and sofas.
Negative: Could have been cleaner and felt under prepared. No wood for the wood burner which was a disappointment. Also saw a mouse on the first night and evidence of droppings around the kitchen which wasn't great.

Negative: The building is a bit outdated, it is not cleaned well, and it has a lot of remaining pet hairs and insects. No good ventilation in the building. it needs maintenance for toilets in partaical.

Positive: Well equipped and spacious. Off road parking a bonus. Warm and comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Ideal location, quiet but not too out of the way.
Negative: Had to report a broken toilet seat on arrival. Due to the unusual type of fitting this couldn’t be repaired in the time we were there. Would have been useful to have more local info available in the cottage and it was difficult to find the WiFi passcode.
Summary: Lovely winter break in very comfortable cottage.
