Positive: The property had everything you needed . There was no shortage of activities and the staff were amazing.
Negative: The selection of Food and the big food mall. The food Was the same with no flavour. You also had to travel by taxi to get to any other eateries . Luckily we discovered a restaurant within the resort that serves international food which you had to pay for. I was happy to do so as I got eat food without people pushing and shoving to get their food.

Positive: The architecture is just beautiful and very well thought-out, with attention to even the smallest details of the facilities. The beach area is really nice. The massive dock they built, which has a bar in the center, is the place to go, especially since it’s almost impossible to find a spot near the pools. The sea itself is also decent with a sandy beach, though it is just the open Antalya sea, so you shouldn't have super high expectations. The food is great, but with a big caveat: it's only great as long as you stick with traditional Turkish cuisine. Anything that is not Turkish is simply not good (sushi, mussels, curry, etc.). This makes the buffet a bit narrow and lacking in variety; even the fruit selection is limited to local options, so you won't find pineapple or mango. Still, I would say this is an area where the hotel deserves a plus, as long as you are fine with the limitations. The included a la carte option, a kebap restaurant, is also very good and a definite must-visit one evening. The entertainment is also quite good. Every evening, there's a show (dancing, illusion, etc.), followed by a live band that plays until midnight. If you're still up for it, you can head to the small club/disco. However, two nights a week, there's a super weird "party night" concept where people sit at tables and watch a DJ perform on a stage at 9:00 PM. Aside from that, they have various events during the day at the pool or beach, such as games and foam parties, which are all nice.
Negative: The check-in process was delayed by an extra 10 minutes due to an insufficient number of open counters during the peak time of 14:00. We received zero explanation or assistance; we were simply told to scan a QR code and read the instructions. The rooms are acceptable, and the family room is a decent option, especially with its two separate spaces, despite feeling a bit confined. However, the bathroom is clearly outdated and in need of renovation. A series of minor issues, such as a non-functioning doorknob, a shower door that wouldn't close, extremely low water pressure, and a broken temperature control, collectively resulted in a poor customer experience. While the food is generally decent, the same cannot be said for the drinks. Beverages are a significant problem, both in quality and quantity. Guests are forced to tolerate subpar alcoholic options unless they're willing to pay exorbitant prices for a decent drink. The cocktails on the menu sound good, but the gin or whiskey used is of very low quality. Even basic items like the red wine are terrible, and I'm surprised they serve it at a 5-star hotel. The second issue is the classic scam of serving very small portions, likely hoping guests won't bother to go back for a refill. To combat this many guests were ordering 2-3 glasses upfront :) The biggest issue, however, is the imbalance between bookings and available facilities. This is a common problem in the region, likely driven by greed. Hotels simply fail to grasp a basic concept: you shouldn't book more guests than your facilities can handle. When they do, the customer experience suffers universally. Waiting 15-20 minutes every evening to find a table in the dining area is unacceptable. Similarly, finding a free bed by the pool is nearly impossible. Everywhere you go, you need to wait in a massive line, which is exactly what you don't want when you're trying to have a relaxing vacation.
Summary: A little bit of a disappointment, do not have high expectations!

Positive: Excellent facilities, Lots of activities and great hotel for families with children. The sea is great for swimming, no rocks and clear water. Food is great!
